How does the 1-800-Tinting vanity number provide benefits to my business?

This memorable number, which rings directly and exclusively to your terminating number, will set your business apart from the competition!

Is the subscription period for 1-800-Tinting locking my business into a long-term contract?
The lead generating program with 1-800-Tinting is a month-to-month agreement. Each month the program auto-renews assuring you of a constant stream of leads for your business.

How would I cancel my 1-800-Tinting membership?
Canceling your membership is easy. Simply notify us fourteen days before the end of the month that you wish to terminate your agreement, and we will do the rest. We will disconnect the 1-800-Tinting number, and remove your company from the website before the next month begins.

Monthly costs are important to me. How are they determined for 1-800-Tinting?
Monthly costs with 1-800-Tinting do not fluctuate. In the beginning you will choose which county or counties you wish to service. The populations in the chosen counties determine the monthly charge for those counties. Most are between $10.00 and $20.00 a month. Once the price is established, and the one-time $79.00 set up fee is paid, your monthly charge will remain the same throughout the year.

Does my business need a landline phone in order to participate in the 1-800-Tinting program?
The terminating number that you will provide to 1-800-Tinting can be either a landline or a mobile phone. All calls will be directed to that number. After selecting a line, if you find that you would like to switch numbers, you can do so at no charge. 

Are the number of leads that I would receive each month limited in quantity?
The number of leads that you receive each month will never be limited, and we will never add more charges no matter how many leads you receive. At 1-800-Tinting, we believe that your success is our success, and we will do all that we can to provide you with the greatest number of lead opportunities each month.

What would cause my monthly fee to increase?
At the end of each year, 1-800-Tinting does have the right to increase the monthly charges by no more than 8%. If your county is a $10.00 county, your increase would be a maximum of eighty cents. At no other time during a twelve-month period will your monthly rate ever increase.

How do I pay my monthly fees?
Each month, 1-800-Tinting will charge the credit card of your choice the fee amount. By doing so, this process will guarantee an uninterrupted flow of leads and potential clients to your door.

Is there a tracking program for my 1-800-Tinting leads?
We highly recommend that each member establish their own program for tracking the leads that are generated. Simply have your staff ask the right questions. 1-800-Tinting will support that effort by emailing you every request for price quotes, which can be stored in your email history.  In addition, for sixty days after a call has been made to you, 1-800-Tinting will retain that information. We will provide you with a login that allows you to view the pertinent lead information. You can even listen to your calls and learn from how they are handled.

By owning the 1-800-Tinting number for my market area, may I use it in the company’s other advertising?
Definitely! We want you to take full advantage of using the vanity number in advertising.  By using the easily identifiable 1-800-Tinting number in all of your company’s marketing, you will build brand recognition. Customers will have one easy number to remember in order to reach you whenever your services are needed.

As long as I continue to pay my monthly fee, will the 1-800-Tinting number be viewed as an asset in the sale of my business?
As long as the monthly bill is paid, 1-800-Tinting will be associated with your business. If you were to ever sell the business, be sure to promote the number as a valued asset in determining the sale price of the business. When a sale is complete, the new owner only has to provide us with a new termination number, if necessary, and to provide us with a new credit card number for billing purposes.
